No Refund or Return Policy:
Customized Products: All of our neon lights are custom-made based on your specific design requests. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once your order has been confirmed.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is finalized, production begins. Please ensure all details, including text, colors, and sizes, are correct before confirming your order, as changes cannot be made after production starts.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your neon light arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement. To qualify for a replacement:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photographs and Videos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Order Cancellations: Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify your order. Please carefully review all details before confirming your purchase.
